Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and Contributing Expert

Dr. Jared Brown is a Board-certified oral surgeon who earned a DDS degree from Creighton University after completing multiple surgery externships. He was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He completed his oral and maxillofacial residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and he graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical School with his medical degree in 2009.

His surgery training included rotations in head and neck surgery, plastic surgery, surgical oncology, and trauma, and he also has advanced training in anesthesia and sedation techniques. Dr. Brown has been Board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and he is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Utah Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Brown returned to his native Utah and has joined the surgical team at Utah Surgical Arts, where he is known for his bedside manner and care for all of his patients. You can find him outside the office attending his daughters’ dance recitals, supporting high school sports, and enjoying the outdoors.
